AN INDO-WESTERN RECEIPE
A FUSION
The east meets the west

Preparation time : 15 mins.

INGREDIENTS:

Readymade gulabjamun as required
Fresh cream (whipped) topping
Red cherry to garnish

METHOD:

1. Cut the gulabjamun into halfs.
2. Place them upside-down.
3. With the help of piping bag make swerls on gulabjamun.
4. Place a cherry on the top.
5. Pork a toothpick.
6. Serve.

TIP: Finely chopped dryfruits can be added to the cream
