Like to eat some sweet indian preparation? This one is prepared in real desi ghee and tastes great. Its simple too. Some people eat it along with Mango pickle. You might want to give it a try. Else, enjoy it alone while it hot.
Wheat flour 2 cups
Ghee 3 tbsp
Sugar 11/2 cups
Milk 11/2 cup
Dryfruits To garnish
1. Heat ghee in a pan add wheat flour shallow fry until brown.
2. Add sugar to it , stir for few mins.
3. Slowly add milk to it , and let it cook.
4. Add dryfruits to it and serve hot.
