Atta 3 cups
Onions 2 nos
Green chillis 2 nos
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Dhaniya powd 1/2 tsp
Fresh corriender 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Water as required


1. Finely chop onions. corriender & green chillis
2. In a parat add 2 cups of atta, chopped onions, corriender & greenchillis.
3. Bind it together like a roti dough.
4. Make ball and roll it into paratha.
5. Heat tava , first roast the paratha from both the sides and then leave oil from the edges of the paratha.
6. Serve hot with pickle.
