Basmati rice 1 cup
Carrots 1 big
Spring onions 1 bunch
Capsicum 1 no

Green peas   1/2 cup
Sweet corn   1/2 cup
Green chillis  1 no 
Garlic 1no Soya sauce 2 tbs
Vinegar   1 tsp Blackpepper as required
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp


1. Boil the rice.
2. Finely chop all the vegetables.
3. Drain the excess water and wash the rice in cold water. (This avoids the rice from stickness)
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Saute all vegetables together for a minute, add soya sauce, vinegar blackpepper and salt.
6. Add rice and saute for 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
