VEGETABLE PARATHA

Serving : 1 person

INGREDIENTS:

Atta 2 cups
Carrots 1 no
Capsicum 1 no
Potato 2 no
Peas 1/2 cup mashed
Cabbage 1/2 cup
Green chillis 2 nos
Redchilli powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Water as required


METHOD:

1. Bind atta into dough as per roti dough.
2. Boil potatoes and peas.
3. Grate all the vegetables.
4. Mix all vegetables in a bowl, add red chilli powder , salt. Mix well.
5. Make small of atta, roll it.
6. Place the mixed vegetables in centre, and bring all edges of paratha in centre , press.
7. Roll it with a rolling pin, make a paratha.
8. Heat the pan, roast the paratha from both the sides.
9. Leave oil from the edges, roast it until light brown.
10. Serve hot with pickle.
