INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Methi 1/2 bunch
Flour (atta) 3 cups
Besan 1/2 cup
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Hing Pinch
Salt To taste
METHOD:
1. Chop methi finely.
2. In a bowl mix all ingredients together, bind it into a dough.
3. Make small balls, and roll them with a rolling pin (belan), like chapati.
4. Heat pan, roast the thepla from both the sides.
5. Once roast , leave oil from the sides of the thepla with the help of spoon.
6. Serve hot with dahi.
