Ingredients :
1. Boil potatoes and mash them well.
2. Add all ingredients to it. And mix well.
3. In a frying pan heat oil.
4. Sprinkle some water on a slice of bread to make it soft. (If the bread becomes too soft, press it with hand to remove excess water)
5. Place the potato mixture in the center of the bread.
6. Get the both the bread slice edges together, and press them together, so that the stick together.
7. This will appear as a cyclindrical roll.
8. Deep fry till golden brown.
9. Place it on oil aborbent paper or tissue paper to remove excess oil.
10. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
TIP : [Various boiled vegetables can be used for the filling]

- 2 nos Potatoes
- Green peas few (op)
- 3 nos Green chills
- 1 tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
