Aloo Tikki

Ingredients :

Potatoes                2nos
Green chillis           2 nos
Corriender leaves   few


Maida                    little (just to bind the tikkis)
Red chilli powder   1 tsp
Salt                        to taste
Oil                         as reqired to shallow fry the tikki


Method :

1. Boil the potatoes & mash them.
2. Add all the ingredients to the mashed potatoes & sprinkle some maida. Mix well.
3. Make equal size balls of the mixture. Press them lightly to make them flat.
5. Shallow fry till golden brown.
6.Serve hot with chutney or ketchup
7. Enjoy!

Note : Use can make this tikki for Veg Burger too.
