Bhindi ( ladyfinger) 1 cup (chopped in horizontal slices)
Dahi (plain curd, yogurt) 1 cup
Fresh corriender leaves few
Red chilli powder pinch
Cumin powder pinch
Corriender powder pinch
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
1. Chop the bhindi & deep fry, drain the excess oil & keep aside.
2. In a serving bowl whisk the dahi. Add all the masalas & keep aside.
3. Just before serving add the fried bhindi to the dahi.
4. Garnish with choped corriender leaves & serve.
Nice idea, will try out once. To make a healthy raita, instead of deep frying, I'll grill it brushing it with just little oil.
