Dahi Batata Puri

Ingredients :

Puffed Puris                                   12nos
Nylon Sev                                      for garnishing
Red chilli powder                           to sprinkle
Chat masala                                   to sprinkle
                                              to taste
For filling :
Potato                                           1no
Onion                                            1 no
Sprouts                                         1 cup (Chana, Yellow peas, Chick peas, moong can be used)

Chutneys :
Green chutney                                1/2 cup
Sweet date & tamarind chutney      1/2 cup
Dahi (plain yogurt)                         1 cup

Method :

1. Boil potatoes, blanch the sprouts, Finely chop onion & corriender leaves.
2. Whisk the dahi / curd add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder & keep in refrigerator.
3. Mash the potatoes & add salt to it & mix well.
4. In a plate arrange 6 puris. Break them a little in a center.
5. Fill the puris with  potatoes, little onion & sprouts.
6. Then fill the chutneys & dahi.
7. Sprinkle some red chilli powder & chat masala.
8. Garnish with nylon sev & corriender leaves.
9. Serve immediately.
