Ingredients :
Hara Chana (Green chana) 2 cups
Onion 1no (big size) 2nos (small size)
Tomatoes 1 no
Green chillies 2 no
Corriender leaves few
Lemon 1 no
Raw mango 1 no
Butter 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Corriender powder 1/2 tsp
Chat Masala to sprinkle
Salt to taste
Method :
1. Soak the hara chana over night & pressure cook them the next day.
2. Finely chop onions, tomatoes, green chillis, corriender leaves & raw mango.
3. In a kadhai or pan take some butter. Add the chana & mix well.
4. Add all the masalas & the chopped vegetables. Add salt & squeeze lemon & mix well.
5. Garnish with corriender leaves & chopped raw mango & serve.
6. Enjoy!
Tip : You cam also top this with sev or farsan.
