Raw mango & Onion Pickle

This pickle can be made instantly & stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
This makes a good accompaniment with daily food in the summers.

Ingredients :

Raw mango              1 no
Onion                       1no (big size) 2no (small size)

Red chilli Powder     11/2 tsp
Haldi (turmeric)        1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds          1/2 tsp
Hing                         a pinch
Salt                           to taste
Sugar                        a pinch
Oil                           for tempering

Ingredients :

1. Chop the raw mango and onions.
2. In a bowl mix the chopped raw mango & onions. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar & salt.
3. In a small kadhai or pan take little oil. Add mustard seeds once they crackle add hing.
4. Put this tadka (tempering) on the mixture of onion & raw mango. Mix well.
5. Serve with roti & sabji.
6. Enjoy!
