Veg Burger

Ingredients :

Aloo Pattie (aloo tikki)          2 nos
Burger buns                          2 nos

Onion                                   1 no (sliced)
Tomato                                 1 no (sliced)
Green pepper (capsicum)      1 no (sliced)
Lettuce                                 few

Cheese slices                        2 nos
Tomato ketchup                    1/2 cup

Accompaniments :

French Fries                         1 cup
Tomato Ketchup                  as req


Ingredients :

1. Make the Aloo tikki & keep aside.
    (You can follow my recipe of making aloo tikki. You can find that recipe in the Snacks Section)
2. Slice all the vegetables & keep aside.
3. Take a bun apply some tomato ketchup & place the tikki.
4. Place a cheese slice on the tikki and place all the sliced vegetable.
5. Place the top layer of the bun & press the burger lightly.
6. Serve immediately with french fries & ketchup.
7. Enjoy!

Tip : You can also spread some green chutney in the buger or you can also serve as an accompaniment.
