Moong Dal Bhajiya

These go really good with Evening Tea

Ingredients :

Moong dal                           2 cups

Onions                                 1 no (finely chopped )
Fresh corriender leaves         few  ( finely chopped)
Green chillis                          3 nos  ( finely chopped)

Red chilli powder                 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder                  1/2 tsp
Corriennder powder            1/2 tsp
Cumin powder                     1/2 tsp
Salt                                      to taste
Oil                                       For frying

Method :

1. Soak the moong dal over night & grind it coarsely the next day.
2. In a bowl mix the grind moong dal with chopped onion, corriender leaves & green chillis. Mix all the masalas.
3. Heat oil in fry pan or kadhai & fry the bhajiya. Fry them in small round size.
4. Serve hot with green chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.
5. Enjoy!
