Paneer 65

This is one of the most enjoyed and favorite cocktail dish. Very simple and quick to make.


Ingredients :

Paneer                             1 packet
Eggs                                2 nos

Salt                                  to taste
Pepper                             to taste
Garam masala                  1 tsp
Corn flour                        50 gms

For Shezwan Sauce :

Whole red chillis             3-4 nos
Garlic                             6-7 nos

Butter                             2 tbsp

Vinegar                          1 tsp
Soya sauce                    2 tbsp
chilli sauce                     2 tbsp


Method :


  • Recipe for Shezwan sauce :


1. In pan heat butter saute finely chopped garlic, grounded red chillis & mix soya sauce & chilli sauces & vineger. Mix well & keep aside.


  • Recipe for paneer 65 :


1. Cut paneer in medium size cubes.
2. Make a batter of corn starch, garam masala, pinch of orange colour, eggs, salt,shezwan sauce & water. Mix well.
3. Dip the paneer pieces & deep fry them til light goldeb brown.
4. Serve hot with mint chutney & onion rings & some lemon wedges.
5. Enjoy!
