Thaar Ka Papad

Ingredients :

Potatoes                                 2 nos
Corriender leaves                   finely chopped
Green chillis                            2 nos
Ginger paste                           1/2 tsp

Fried cashewnuts                    few
Raisins                                    few

Garam masala                        1/2 tsp
Jeera powder                        1/2 tsp
Salt                                        to taste
Kasuri methi                          1/2 tsp
Nylon sev                              1/2 cup

For Chutney :

Mint leaves                           1/2 cup
Green chillis                          3nos
Corriender leaves                  1/2 cup
Garlic                                    2 nos
Lemon juice                          1 tbsp
Cumin powder                      1/2 tsp
Chaat masala                        a pinch
Salt                                       to taste

Method :

1. Boil potatoes and mash well. 
2. In a bowl mix all the ingredients well and keep aside.
3. Soak the papad in water for 30-40 seconds.
4. Take out the papad and place the stuffing in the middle of the papad and roll it so that the ends are stuck to eachother.
5. Heat oil & deep fry till crispy.

For chutney :

Grind all the ingredients to a fine paste and serve with Thaar Ka Papad.
