Ingredients :
Spring Onions 2 bundles ( chopped small size )
Fresh fenugreek ( methi) 1 cup ( finely chopped )
Corriender leaves finely chopped
Green chillis 1 no ( optinal )
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 tsp
Method :
1. Wash and dry and chop the spring onions and fenugreek leaves (methi).
2. In bowl mix fenugreek leaves, spring onions, corriender leaves, and some green chillis.
3. Add red chilli powder, salt and some oil and mix well.
4. Let it rest for 15- 20 minutes and toss again.
5. The salad is all ready to eat.
6. Enjoy!

Tomatos 1 no ( chopped )
Green chillis 1 no ( optinal )
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 tsp
Method :
1. Wash, dry and chop the spring onions.
2. In a bowl mix chopped spring onions and tomatoes.
3. Add red chilli powder, salt and some oil and mix well.
4. Rest it for 15 minutes, toss again and serve with the meals.
5. Enjoy!
