Dragon Chicken

Ingredients :

6 chicken wings
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 egg
A drop of Orange color
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing

For Szechwan Sauce:

150 gm chilli sauce
50 gm tomato sauce
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 stick celery
A drop of Red color
A pinch ajinomoto(optional)
Oil 150 ml


1. Mix all the ingredients of the szechwan sauce together except oil.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, when the oil is very hot pour in the sauce mixture and stir well. Add a drop of red color and mix well. Remove from the heat.
3. Trim the chicken wings and shape them into lollypops.
4. Mix flour, cornflour, eggs, and a dash of orange color. Add water to mix to a smooth batter.
5. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry until crisp.
6. Saute the friend chicken in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish or top it with egg omelet stripes and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
8. Enjoy!
