Ingredients :
- 2 cups pasta boiled (penne or farfalle)
- 1 no finely chopped green capsicum/bell pepper
- 1 no finely chopped green chilli
- Chesse grated (Use mozzarella cheese or amul cheese)
- Mixed herbs as per taste
- Chilli flakes as per taste
- Salt to taste
- Milk 2 cups
- All purpose flour (maida) 3 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic (optional) few finely chopped ( if you like garlic flavour )
Method :
1. Grated cheese. In a bowl mix cheese, chopped capsicum, green chilli and some red chilli flakes and mix well. Keep aside.
2. In a non stick pan heat butter and add garlic, all purpose flour and mix well. Keep the flame medium.
3. Add milk and mix well. Mix well to avoid lumps.
4. If lumps are formed mash them with spoon.
5. Let the sauce cook until its semi thick and smooth.
6. Add boiled pasta and all the spices and mix well.
7. Now sprinkle the cheese mixture and mix well.
8. Serve hot.

I tried it yesterday, n it was awesome... just used elbow macaroni as i had it at home, n without the herbs... still it tasted great! Easy to make n yummy :) Thanks for the recipe...
