Ingredients :
For Chun Vadi Mixture :
For gravy :
Method :
1. Heat oil in a wok once the oil is hot, add asefoetida, onion n let it simmer, now add turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder. Later add ginger-garlic paste for taste. Let is cook.
2. Add tomato and adjust salt.
3. Once the masala is ready add enough water for gravy.
4. The gravy should look like thin soup. By the time the gravy is cooking. Make a mixture of gram flour.
5. Mix together gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and ginger-garlic paste. Make it into a semi solid paste (like v make for bhajiya). Make equal size balls.
6. By this time the gravy will be boiling. Now.simmer the flame and put ramdom balls of gram flour mixture to the gravy and let it cook until the balls are cooked properly.
7. The thin soup like gravy will get thick and full bodied. Once the balls are cooked turn off the gas and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice.
8. Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup gram flour
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste (u can do d variations by adding masalas of ur choice)

- 2 no onions
- 2 no tomatoes
- Oil As required
- Pinch of asefoetida,
- 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- Salt to Taste
- Fresh chopped corriender leaves for garnishing
