Ingredients :
1. Dry roast in a kadhai or microwave poha till crisp.
2. In mixing bowl add poha, onion, green chillis and salt.
3. Prepare the tempering and add to the poha. Mix well.
4. Now add add freshly grated coconut, cucumber, crushed papad and corriender leaves. Mix well.
5. Garnish with corriender leaves and serve.
6. Enjoy!
- 2 cups Thin poha or Thick poha
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- Few chopped green chillis
- Shredded coconut as per taste
- 1/2 cup Chopped Cucumber
- Chopped Corriender for garnishing
- 2 Roasted papad crushed
- Lime juice as per taste
- 1tbsp oil
- Curry leaves
- Mustard seeds
- Hing
- Turmeric powder
- Red chilli powder optional as we are add green chillis
