Egg Masala Toast is quick to make and variation in egg dishes.
- 3 nos Boiled eggs
- 4 nos Bread slices
- Butter as required
- Salt to taste
For Masala :
- Chopped onions
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped colourfull bellpeppers
- Chopped fresh corriender leaves
- Jeera powder as required
- Red chilli powder as required
- Black pepper powder as required
- Salt to taste
Method :
1. Boil eggs and slice them. Keep aside.
2. In a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables, add spices and mix well.
3. Toast the bread by applying butter from both the sides till light golden brown.
4. Arrange egg slices on the toasted bread and sprinkle salt as per taste.
5. Spread the vegetable mix on it.
6. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
7. Enjoy!
