Aale pak is good and healthy specially during winters. My mom use to say it helps in healing cough and cold.
Ingredients :
Method :
1. Clean the ginger remove the skin and small pieces. Grind it into a fine paste
2. Heat a pan add ghee / butter and add all the ingredients together.
3. Mix well.
4. Cook the mixture till it becomes thick.
5. Take plate or tray and coat it with ghee. Keep it ready.
6. Pour the mixture and spread it evenly.
7. Cut it in square shape or diamond shape and let it stand in the tray till it cools off.
8. Once cooled remove and store it in air tight jar.
9. Enjoy!
Note :

- 3 cups aale / ginger paste
- 6 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tsp ghee / butter

Note :
- I have made 30 vadi from the above quantity of ingredients. You can reduce the quantity of ingredients ti make less quantity of vadis / burfis.
- If you have it daily in small amounts its healthy specially during winters.
- After cooling if it still not coming off the container easily heat the container for few seconds and the vadi / burfi can be pulled out easily.
