Aap Ki Rasoi Se / From your Kitchen : Tandoori Paneer : Recipe by Vibhuti Kavishwar

Ingredients :
  • 100 gms Paneer
  • 1 Green capsicum 
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
 For Marination :
  • 200 gms Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • Salt to taste
Method :

·  1.Keep yogurt in a soft thin cloth, in hanging position, for 3-4 hours to remove water.
·  2. Add red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli paste, lemon juice, tandooi masala and salt to it.
·  3. Add all the vegetables including paneer, capsicum and tomato into it and mix well. Let  it marinate for 6-7 hours.
·  4.  Arrange the vegetables in skewer. Preheat oven at 200'F.
·  5. Arrange the skewers on baking dish and heat for 15 minutes.
6 6 .Serve hot with onion rings or lemon pieces.
