Chilli Chesse Pasta

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups pasta boiled (penne or farfalle)
  • 1 no finely chopped green capsicum/bell pepper
  • Few colourfull bell peppers chopped
  • 1 no finely chopped green chilli 
  • Few broccoli finely chopped (optional)
  • Chesse grated (Use mozzarella cheese or amul cheese)
  • Mixed herbs as per taste
  • Chilli flakes as per taste
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
Bechamel Sauce :
  • 2 cups milk 
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour / maida
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt to taste
Method :
Boil Pasta and keep aside. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

For Bechamel Sauce:

1. In a non stick pan heat butter add all purpose flour / maida and mix well. Keep the flame medium.
2. Add milk and mix well. Mix well to avoid lumps.
3. If lumps are formed mash them with spoon.
4. Let the sauce cook until its semi thick and smooth.
5. Add salt according to taste. 
6. Add black pepper, herbs and red chilli flakes. Mix well.

For dish :
1. In a baking dish / Oven safe dish spread the boiled pasta. I have taken rectangle dish.
2. Pour the bechamel sauce and spread evenly. Spread all the bell peppers, green chilli.

3. Spread the grated cheese.
4. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and let it cook till 10 minutes.
5. Then change the setting to broil to get nice brown color on the cheese.
6. Broil till you see the cheese light golden brown.
7. Serve hot.
