For all the corn lover... makes a great tea time snack.
Ingredients :
For the dough:
For the dough :
1. Ferment the yeast as per instructions on the packet.
2. In large bowl combine all ingredients listed under the dough.
3. Mix water as required to make a semi hard / medium tight dough.
4. Knead well.
5. Rest the dough for sometime. Keep it covered with moist cloth to retain its moisture.
6. Mean while we will make the filling.
For the filling :
1. Heat oil in pan. Add green chilli saute for a minute.
2. Add corn and saute for 5 mins.
3. Add salt and red pepper. Mix well.
4. If your are using frozen corn take care that no water or moisture should remain. The filling should be dry.
5. Remove from the flame and add chopped corriender leaves. Mix well.
By this time our dough should be ready.
Method for making wheels :
1. Make a medium size ball. Dust flour and roll it into medium thin like roti / tortilla.
2. Spread the corn mixture, on it spread cheese and sprinkle some red peppers.

3. Now roll it slowing. Once you come to the end wet the side with moist finger and seal it. Seal the sides with light hand.
4. Preheat the oven 375 degrees and bake it the light golden brown.
5. Once baked remove from the oven and brush it lightly with butter. Let it cool.
6. Once cooled lightly cut it into medium thick wheels.
7. If cold you can heat them in microwave for 1 minute.
8. Serve hot with ketchup.

- 1/2 packet active dry yeast
- 1tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup warm water for yeast
- 1 tsp for mixed Italian herbs (optinal)
- 1/2 cup water for needing the dough, you may need a little more to sprinkle.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen corn
- 1 medium hot and medium size green chillis finely sliced
- Finely chopped corriender leaves
- Grated mozzarella cheese as desired
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of black pepper powder (optional)
- Chilli flakes / red pepper (optinal)
- 1 tsp oil
