I just love this dessert, cake with fresh fruits and cream combined together makes a lovely dessert for any party. Its really quick and simple to make.
Ingredients :
Method :
1. Slice few strawberries vertically for garnishing and rest you can slice it horizontally.
2. Slice 1 1/2 kiwi for garnishing and rest can be chopped in small size.
3. If you freshly baked the cake let it completely cool before we start making this dessert.
4. Once the cake is cooled slice it horizontally in 3 slices.
3. Place the top layer i.e is the 1st layer of cake and place it upside down in the trifle container.
4. So now the inside part of the cake faces you.
5. Spread 3-4 tbsp of pineapple juice on the cake.
6. Now arrange the strawberry slices which are chopped vertically. These slices should be sticking in the inside wall of the container.
7. Once arranged, spread some whipping cream on the cake. Now spread the mixed fruits. Again spread a light layer of whipping cream.
8. Take the kiwi slices and stick them on the inside of the trifle bowl.
9. Now take the middle layer of the cake i.e. the 2 slice of the cake and cut this cake slice into medium size cubes.
10. Now spread the cake cubes evenly this make the second layer of cake in the trifle bowl.
11. Press it with light hand.
12. Spread fruits, pineapple juice and whipping cream.
13. Now keep the 3rd layer of the slice cake.
14. Spread the pineapple juice and as this is the final stage spread the whipping cream evenly, give it a fine look. Now garish it with fruits as desired.
15. Refrigerate it over night or full day or at least for few hours before serving. As it will taste good as the juice from the fruits will soak in the cake.
16. Just scoop out while serving.
17. Enjoy!

- 1 apple chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate optinal
- 1/2 cup papaya chopped optional
- 1 box of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice to moist the cake
- Trifle container or you can use any deep container as we will be layering.
