Veg Cutlet a mix of fresh veggies and tastes yummy. Great for tea time snack.
Ingredients :
Method :
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together, except bread crumbs.
2. It should bind well if not add little more corn flour and adjust the spices and salt accordingly.
3. Make equal size balls and flatten them a little or make heart shape size cutlet as you like.
4. Coat them well in the bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry till golden brown or shallow fry from both the sides.
6. Serve hot with ketchup.
7. Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup green peas mash lightly
- 1/2 cup corn mash lightly (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated beetroot (optional)
- Chopped corriender leaves
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp corriender powder
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 1/2 tsp rice flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp maida
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
