Veg Lollipops are easy to cook and tastes yummy. Made from fresh mixed veggies so nutritive as well. Great for evening snack, for children tiffins and starter. One can also add some sprouts to add nutritive value.
Ingredients :
Method :
1. Mash peas and corn lightly.
2. In a bowl mix all the veggies, spices, salt, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillis and the 3 flour's. Mix well. The batter should bind well.
3. Make oval size balls and roll them in rava/sooji to coat them well from all sides.
4. Deep fry till golden brown.
5. Insert stick or toothpick and serve hot with ketchup.
6. Enjoy!
Tip : For those who do not wish to deep fry, make oval size balls spray little oil and bake them till well done.

- 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/2 cup grated cabbage
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup finely chopped beans
- 2 finely chopped green chillis
- Finely chopped corriender leaves
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Rava/sooji for coating
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tsp corriender powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp white corn flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp of maida
- Oil for frying
