Method :
1. In a bowl add grated carrot, green chilli and corriender leaves, sugar and lemon juice.
2. Heat oil in small pan add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
3. Add hing to it and pour this tadka on the carrots.
4. Mix well and serve with meal.
5. Enjoy!

- Pinch of hing
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of sugar
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp oil
